Nice to meet you
My name is Alejandro Villalobos, but I go by Alex (hence the blog name). I have my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in kinesiology from Cal State LA, ten plus years of experience in personal training, and four years of teaching at the college level, which I am happy to share with you!
Throughout my time helping clients and students, I have realized that everyone is different — everyone wants something different for their health. However, there is so much information out there that it can be confusing to find helpful tips, which is why I started this blog.
I want to spread good information, so it can make things a little easier for you. I want to debunk some popular myths about health that can be harmful if interpreted a certain manner. I want to provide information in a way that’s easy to understand but still gives you what you’re looking for. Overall, I want to help in any way I can in your health and fitness journey.
I will provide references when needed, but this will mainly talk about my experience and knowledge.
